Benefactors, Patrons and Friends Membership
Exciting and memorable performances are only part of what makes the Edinburgh International Festival unique. The Festival has won widespread international acclaim for excellence and innovation and, with the personal support of arts lovers like you, it presents an artistic programme unmatched across the world.  

You can make a real difference by joining the Edinburgh International Festival's membership programme or by making a one-off or regular gifts towards the work of the Festival.

The membership programme of the Edinburgh International Festival provides a close association with the Festival and a range of key privileges for its members to enjoy. Patron membership starts at £275 while Friend membership from £20 per year. Benefits include regular newsletters, special offers, events and priority booking according to the level of association.

We recently introduced a new membership category called Benefactors.  This level of support is for those who wish to make a significant contribution to our work and have the highest level of involvement with the Festival. We are hugely indebted to our Benefactors whose support is vital to the Festival's ongoing success. Their valued commitment ensures that we can continue to build a world class programme.

Applications to join can be made year round. New members can book tickets once they have been issued with membership details. This usually takes 24 hours so we recommend that you join well in advance of our launch date.

Increase the value of every £1 you give to £1.28 by making a Gift Aid Declaration. Nothing could be simpler for UK tax payers - and higher rate tax payers benefit too.

Legacies
If the Festival has inspired, enraptured and entertained you over the years, please think about including a legacy in your will. Léan Scully was a regular attender of the Festival, coming every year from Dublin, and her generosity and foresight have ensured that her memory and spirit live on.
